Yannick von Grabowiecki is a Postdoctoral researcher in the Tumour Suppressors group from Cancer Research UK. Usually, he works on proteins regulating cell survival in tumours. Recently though, he volunteered to participate in COVID-19 testing in a UK national test center, which is why he will speak about the different testing techniques around COVID-19. His talk will help you understand the fundamental differences in what they show, how reliably they do it and how they can change the evolution of the pandemic.

Su Nightingale is Head of Department of English at Somerset College Senior School. She and her team of English teachers have pivoted to online learning with a focus on the importance of establishing the online classroom community, focusing on student wellness and developing agency. She has spent Lockdown reorientating her own learning to ensure that curriculum dissemination underscores student and teacher wellness and social engagement for meaning-making. Su is bursting with strategies to share and to review which speak to how to engage learners and develop their voices in the hybrid space.
